the bathroom lacked heating, making it uncomfortably cold!!! Air conditioning would significantly enhance the overall comfort!!! Consider better insulation for the windows, which did not open properly!!!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the check-in process quick and easy. The dinner and breakfast meals were delicious. every dish was well presented and packed with flavor. However, the hotel is in need of renovations. many of the fixtures felt outdated and the bathroom could have been larger. Although it was centrally located with ample parking, the overall condition of the property detracted from the experience.

Had a great stay with a lovely welcome at check-in, and the room was comfy and warm, perfect for a good night’s sleep. I really enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge area and taking a dip in the indoor pool. I had a one-night stay in a room with beautiful views of the river, which really made my experience memorable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable during my visit. However, I did miss having dinner options available since they were closed for private events. luckily, I found a great place nearby for a meal.
